How do we get your data?

Data you provide/share with us

In principle, you do not have to provide us with any personal information directly when using our website. However, for our contact form or our newsletter subscription, you must provide us with personal data such as your name or email address in order to be able to use the respective service at all. You will be informed about this separately for the respective services.

By submitting the contact form you agree to the processing of your data for the stated purposes.

Data you provide/share through your use of our services

Your details, including personal data from our contact form, will be sent to us via our own mail server to process your request, further processed and stored by us. This data will not be collected or passed on without your consent. Without this data, we cannot process your requests.

The data processing is carried out on the basis of the legal provisions of Section 96 Paragraph 3 TKG and Article 6 Paragraph 1 Letter a (consent) GDPR.

newsletter

You can register for our newsletter on the website using the double opt-in process. After registering, you will receive an email asking you to confirm your registration. Without providing this information, we will not be able to send you our newsletter. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter by clicking on the unsubscribe link at the end of each newsletter.

online shopping

We would like to point out that for the purpose of simplifying the purchasing process and for later contract processing, the web shop operator Shopify stores the IP data of the connection owner as well as the name, address, telephone number and email address of the buyer in cookies. The data you provide is required to fulfill the contract or to carry out pre-contractual measures. Without this data, we cannot conclude the contract with you.

Your payment details will be transmitted to Stripe, Inc. or PayPal (Europe) S.à rl et Cie for the purpose of debiting the purchase amount and to the shipping companies commissioned by us , Amazon EU SARL or Logsta GmbH , for the purpose of delivering the ordered goods, as well as to our tax advisor for the purpose of fulfilling our tax obligations.
