Cancellation policy and cancellation form
Consumers are entitled to a right of cancellation in accordance with the following provisions, whereby a consumer is any natural person whose purpose in concluding a legal transaction cannot be predominantly attributed to their commercial or independent professional activity:

Right of cancellation
You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period is fourteen days from the date on which you or a third party named by you (non-carrier) takes possession of the last consignment.
To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us (MAJUMU GmbH, Hauptgasse23/5, 7083 Purbach, AT) of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or e-mail). You can use the attached sample cancellation form, but this is not mandatory.
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.
Consequences of cancellation
If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including shipping costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a shipping method other than the cheapest standard shipping method offered by us), no later than fourteen days from the date on which we receive your notification of cancellation of this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this repayment. We may refuse to make a refund until we have received the returned goods or you have provided proof of return, whichever is the earliest.
You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you return the item before the 14-day period has expired.
You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods.
Except to the extent necessary to determine the nature, condition and function of the goods, you are solely responsible for any diminished value of the goods as a result of handling.
Exclusion or premature expiry of the right to opt out
The right of cancellation does not apply to contracts for the delivery of newspapers, magazines or periodicals, with the exception of subscription contracts.
In the case of contracts for the delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene, the right of cancellation expires earlier if the seal is removed after delivery.
The right of cancellation does not apply to consumers who were not members of the EU at the time the contract was concluded and whose sole place of residence and delivery address were outside the EU at the time the contract was concluded.
General information
1) Please avoid damaging or soiling the goods. Please return the goods to us in their original packaging with all accessories and with all packaging components. If necessary, use protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, use suitable packaging to ensure adequate protection against transport damage.
2) Please do not return the goods to us freight collect.
3) Please note that the above clauses 1-2 are not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of cancellation.
