Right of Cancellation
Cancellation policy and cancellation form
Consumers have a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provisions, whereby a consumer is any natural person whose purpose of concluding a legal transaction cannot be predominantly attributed to either their commercial or their independent professional activity:

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period shall be 30 days from the date on which you or a third party designated by you (non-carrier) acquires possession of the last shipment.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us ( MAJUMU GmbH, Hauptgasse23/5, 7083 Purbach, AT ) of your decision by sending a clear statement that you are withdrawing from this contract (e.g. a letter sent by post or email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, but this is not mandatory.
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication regarding your right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.

consequences of revocation
If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments that we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the fact that your order has an order value of less than € 60.00 or you have chosen a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery method offered by us), at the latest within 30 days from the day on which we received notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless something else was expressly agreed with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this repayment. We may refuse to refund until we have received the return shipment or you have provided proof of return, whichever is earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us promptly and in any event no later than 30 days from the date on which you notify us that you have cancelled this contract. This deadline is met if you return the item before the expiry of the 30 -day period.
You are responsible for the direct cost of return shipping.
Except to the extent necessary to determine the nature, quality and functioning of the goods, you are solely responsible for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling.
Exclusion or premature expiration of the opt-out right
The right of withdrawal does not apply to delivery contracts for newspapers, magazines or periodicals, with the exception of subscription contracts.
In the case of contracts for the delivery of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene, the right of withdrawal expires earlier if the seal is removed after delivery.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to consumers who were not members of the EU at the time the contract was concluded and whose sole place of residence and delivery address were outside the EU at the time the contract was concluded.

1) Please avoid damaging or contaminating the goods. Please send the goods back to us in their original packaging with all accessories and packaging components. If necessary, use protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, use suitable packaging to ensure adequate protection against transport damage.
2) Please do not send the goods back to us freight collect.
3) Please note that the above points 1-2 are not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.
